The course includes interactive PC repair guides, in the form of flow charts allowing the user to isolate the problem and practice the logical fault-finding process

PC Repair & troubleshooting is a vital skill for any IT Technician.

It is often difficult to develop these skills through reading or theory based courses.  Fault finding is a skill that develops with time and experience.

The BTEC course is designed to develop the logical fault finding process that will act as the basic foundations for more advanced Computer Repair & troubleshooting.

It is recommended that a candidate have access to some computer equipment.  This can be achieved by either using our deluxe home study kit, or maybe a spare/old computer a candidate already has, or has purchased.

By following the coursework practically, you will more than likely find that not everything will go according to plan.  It is at this time we can implement the fault finding techniques we have covered.

Supplied with the course are interactive flow charts that can help you remember the simple steps that should be taking.

Included with all training packages is an online tutor, who can be contacted via email or phone who can then further assist you.

Many of our candidates move on to self employment after completing the course. Remember your tutor is even available to you after completion giving you someone to fall back on when faced with a tricky repair job.

The course will provide you will essential PC repair skills that will be helpful in any chosen career, or even just want to save repair bills for your home computer.
